Executive Team

Jonathan Brown

Founder/President

Jonathan is the President and Founder of GUD Community Management. After graduating from the Marriott School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business management, he began working in the association management industry with aspirations to reshape the way homeowners see HOAs. A work in progress to say the least. He enjoys the work and looks forward to each opportunity to help the communities served by GUD Community Management. Fun Fact: When not at the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, going on a long run, and practicing his Spanish.

Andi Watkins

Chief Operation Officer

Andi Watkins is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of GUD Community Management, where she has worked for nearly 12 years. Starting as an assistant community manager, Andi quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of community dynamics. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving the company's success. As COO, Andi oversees operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. Fun Fact: She's a been to Disneyland over 50 times in her life.

Michele Lockhart

Chief Management Officer

Michele, with a decade's experience in the industry, brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Starting as an administrative assistant, she has risen through various roles, managing numerous condominium associations and single-family communities, alongside unique accounts like new developments and construction defects. Her proactive approach includes streamlining tasks for colleagues and demonstrating exemplary leadership in addressing issues and spearheading improvement projects. Holding two bachelor's degrees from Arizona State University and with her CMCA through CAI, Michele embodies resilience and positivity, maintaining high standards of work regardless of challenges. Fun Fact: She has experience in all types of art and design, adding another layer to her diverse talents beyond her extensive experience in the industry.

Kathrine Nelson

Accounts Receivable Lead

Kathrine Nelson, a seasoned Accounts Receivable Lead at GUD Community Management, boasts a decade-long tenure in the industry, with four years dedicated to GUD. Her expertise and dedication shine through in her role, where she adeptly manages financial operations with precision. Kathrine's commitment extends beyond her professional duties; she actively fosters a collaborative environment, elevating team performance and morale. With a solid foundation of experience and a passion for excellence, Kathrine continues to make invaluable contributions to the success of GUD Community Management. ​Fun Fact: She once appeared on television for possessing the largest sticker collection.

Gary Reznick

Property Accounting Lead

A native Chicagoan, Gary moved to Phoenix in 2008. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College. Also a CPA and AICPA member, he holds CMCA and AMS certifications from The National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. With a career spanning Community Association and Multi-Family Rental (25 years) and Cable Television (10 years) industries, he spent 16 months as an On-site Community Manager in Phoenix. Fun Fact: He enjoys cruising vacations, favoring Venice and Amsterdam, with notable trips to Hawaii (6 cruises), Santorini, and Ephesus. Married for 40 years, he's cruised over 20 times.

Kari Griffiths

Senior Training Manager

Kari Griffiths boasts over 12 years as a portfolio manager in the Homeowner Association (HOA) industry, preceded by 15 years in Marketing and Advertising for a builder/developer. Having served on condo community boards, Kari is adept at managing single-family and condo communities ranging from 50 to 1,200 units, encompassing various amenities like parks, pools, and landscaping. Experienced in transition processes, Kari thrives on enhancing HOA communities through landscaping, repairs, and upgrades, fostering positive relationships with homeowners and boards. Fun Fact: Kari's favorite pass time is visiting National Parks where she values spending time with her family.

Emily Wilson

Administrative Manager

Approaching her fourth year of dedicated service to the company, Emily adeptly manages various administrative functions and departments, ensuring seamless operations and efficient office management. Emily's commitment to the team is underscored by her return to GUD after relocating, demonstrating her loyalty and dedication. Her unwavering dedication to excellence and organizational expertise render her an indispensable asset, significantly contributing to the success of GUD Community Management. ​ Fun Fact: Emily is related to one of Arnold Schwarzenegger's stunt doubles.
