Controller
The Controller oversees GUD’s accounting operations and financial processes, including financial controls, association financial records, AP, AR, Property Accounting, and Customer Care team leadership. The role requires an experienced accounting professional who can manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced HOA management environment.

Accounts Payable Team Lead
The Accounts Payable Team Lead oversees daily AP operations, ensures invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time, and provides direction and support to the AP team. This role monitors workflow, resolves payment and invoice issues, supports Community Management and Accounting, and helps maintain efficient, consistent AP processes in a high-volume HOA management environment.
